furniture design

Throughout my career in furniture design, I've been involved in every stage of the process, from the initial conception to the final production. I've crafted detailed technical drawings, produced realistic renders, and developed animations that breathe life into my designs. Below, I'll showcase some of my projects.

Christian

For La CARPETA, I've developed a comprehensive furniture creation project, focusing on the conception and design of an executive workstation. From the initial phase to the final implementation, I've generated technical and production plans, as well as creating renders and 3D animations to provide a complete and detailed vision of the product. The main objective has been to merge functionality and aesthetics to create an optimal and comfortable workspace for users.

Samy

In SAMY, the project focuses on creating furniture that transforms workspaces into highly functional and aesthetically pleasing environments. This is a project for the creation of operational workstations. The comprehensive process spans from the initial conception to the generation of realistic renders and the creation of 3D animations.

3D modeling: Rhinoceros and 3Ds Max

Render and animation: Vray

ardesk

The design of desks has evolved in search of versatile spaces. To achieve this goal, Ardesk has a folding system and wheels to be moved to different areas of the house (small spaces) where the user can be isolated. The folding function is intended to create adaptable spaces.

home furniture

This furniture design project for Maison Boulay focuses on creating innovative pieces for bathrooms and communal spaces, highlighting contrasts in materials to add a distinctive touch. Proposals include combinations of wood and metal, as well as marble and glass details, striking a balance between functionality and aesthetics that reflects the brand's elegance and modernity.

3D modeling: Rhinoceros and AutoCAD

This project aims to analyze the activity of creating architectural models within the academic stage of architecture students, as it involves the development of activities, operations, surfaces, and special areas for its optimal execution.

Furthermore, it seeks to investigate the students' needs when carrying out this activity (making models), as it is performed throughout their entire academic career. Models serve as the means through which projects are validated and facilitate direct interaction between students and instructors to define the final project.

Here are some design proposals for this project.

Procreate and Photoshop.

ARKYDESK

This project stems from my experience throughout my career in creating models for architectural projects and observing that, despite being an important activity for architecture students, existing products in the market do not adequately meet this need, as they do not consider space and usage characteristics for optimal development.
